What stores are participating?
A "Participating Retailer" is any IGA, Cornetts, Drakes, Farmer Jacks, Foodland, Foodworks, Fresh & Save, SPAR or Supabarn Supermarket
that stocks the Eligible Products (defined below) and displays material relating to the promotion during the Promotional Period.
How do I enter?
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any eligible Herbert Adam’s product from a participating retailer during the promotional period.
Individuals must then visit www.winwithherbertadams.com.au
during the promotional period, follow the prompts to the promotion entry page,
input the requested details including full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, full address including state/territory of residence,
upload their receipt and submit the fully completed entry form during the Promotional period.
Can anyone enter?
Entry is open to all Australian residents.
Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further,
the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.
To be eligible to enter, individuals must purchase any Herbert Adam’s product ("Eligible Product") from a Participating Retailer
during the Promotional Period ("Qualifying Transaction").
What can I win?
Instant win prizes: 50 x $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Cards
Major prize: The first valid entry drawn will win the choice of either:
- One (1) $5,000 Luxury Escapes voucher; or
- $5,000 in cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer ("EFT") into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in the winner’s name).
Total prize pool value is $10,000.
When is the major prize draw?
The Major Draw will take place at 11:00am AEST 07/07/25.
What is the value of the major prize?
The first valid entry drawn will win the choice of either:
- One (1) $5,000 Luxury Escapes voucher; or
- $5,000 in cash (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer ("EFT")
into the winner’s nominated Australian bank account in the winner’s name).
How will I know if I have won a prize?
Instant winners will be notified instantly on screen, in writing, whether they have provisionally won an instant prize.
All provisional instant winners are subject to verification.
Upon verification, winners will be sent, via email, their prize.
All winners of an instant prize will have their names (first initial, surname and postcode) published online at
www.winwithherbertadams.com.au/winners from 09/05/25.
The draw for the Major Prize will take place on 04/07/25 at 11:00am AEST.
The winner of the Major Prize will be notified by email and telephone within seven (7) days of the draw
and their name (first initial, surname and postcode) will be published online at www.winwithherbertadams.com.au/winners.
Do I need to keep any proof of purchase?
Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase.
Can I enter multiple times?
Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
- only one (1) entry permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in the Qualifying Transaction in excess of one (1));
- a maximum of three (3) entries per person per day is permitted; and
- each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.

A participating product is any Herbert Adam’s product purchased from a participating retailer during the promotional period. These may include:
